• Our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have lapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
  • Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged nor refunded.
We only accept returns if we made a mistake on our part - i.e.  We sent out the incorrect item(s). In such case, please contact us immediately via email in the following format below to ensure a speedy process. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with instructions on return of the incorrect item(s) and then shipping out the correct order.

Message: Please attach a copy of your order details and photos of the package unopened if possible.

Please note that for return of incorrect item(s), you will be responsible for payment of return shipping (including tracking number) to us. Once we have received the item(s), in order for you to be reimbursed for the costs associated for return shipping, we require you to provide a copy of the receipt. 


We only allow a refund/replacement for circumstances outlined below:

  1. If the product itself (excluding packaging) is defective or damaged upon delivery.

We DO NOT allow refunds/replacement for circumstances outlined below:

  1. If you change your mind regarding the product after you receive it.
  2. If the product has been opened and used (for obvious safety/hygienic reasons).

    Based on the above mentioned conditions, to be eligible for a refund/replacement, we require photo evidence (in its original packaging) which will be reviewed by our team. After we have assessed and reached a decision we will notify you via email regarding the outcome.

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank/paypal account again to ensure amounts aren't pending. Then contact your bank/credit card company/paypal, it may take some time before your refund is processed.
